GABIN FLA

Bahan :

2 bungkus gabin

2 butir telur

1/2 sachet mentega

1/2 susu kaleng rasa vanila

1 gelas gula pasir

2 gelas air

2 gelas tepung terigu

1/2 sdm vanili

1 sdm rum

1/4 maizena

minyak goreng

Cara membuat :

1. Pisahkan kuning telur dan putih telur, dan putih telur disimpan
2. Fla :
• Campur merata kuning telur + mentega + susu kaleng + gula pasir
• Adonan ditambah dengan air + tepung terigu + vanili + rum, aduk sampai rata
• Adonan kemudinan dicampur (diaduk merata) sambil dipanaskan di atas api sedang sampai adonan mendidih dan menjadi kental, untuk membuat lebih kental dapat ditambahkan maizena
• Jika sudah merata dapat diangkat dan dinginkan
3. Fla di letakkan di antara 2 gabin
4. Pinggiran Gabin Fla diolesi putih telur yang telah disimpan 
5. Gabin Fla digoreng
6. Setelah digoreng dan sedikit dingin, gabin fla dapat dibuat variasi dengan potong di tengah
7. Gabin Fla siap disajikan
